Changes are coming to the Columbia-owned site at the southwest corner of 125th Street and Broadway. This includes the McDonald’s restaurant franchise and the row of warehouses between the McDonald's and Prentis Hall at 632 West 125th Street. The McDonald’s franchise is scheduled to close Sept. 9, and in the coming weeks, fencing at the site and preparations for demolitions will begin. Columbia will provide additional information as it becomes available.
