In his first official visit to New York, Alan Krueger, chairman of the White House Council of Economic Advisers, delivers a keynote address at Columbia University titled Reversing the Middle-Class Jobs Deficit. A panel discussion, Will Europe Derail the World Economy?, follows as the University’s School of International and Public Affairs launches its new Center on Global Economic Governance.
