Media Advisory: Winners of 100th Pulitzer Prizes Will Be Announced at Columbia University on April 18

What: The 2016 Pulitzer Prize winners and nominated finalists will be announced on Monday, April 18 at 3 p.m. eastern daylight time. The 100th announcement of the Prizes will be delivered by Mike Pride, administrator of The Pulitzer Prizes. The press conference will be live streamed to the Pulitzer website and on its Facebook and YouTube pages. For Pulitzer relevant photographs and real-time discussions, follow the Pulitzer’s Twitter and Instagram accounts with hashtag #Pulitzer.

Who: Mike Pride, Pulitzer Prize Administrator, will be available for interview requests after the announcement.

When: Monday, April 18, 3:00 p.m., EST

Note: Due to heightened media interest in the Pulitzer centennial announcement of the winners, members of the media must pre-register and check in at the site to attend the press conference.
