Indigenous Peoples' Day honors the past, present, and future of Native peoples throughout the US. The holiday recognizes the legacy and impact of colonialism on Native communities and celebrates the cultures, contributions, and resilience of contemporary Native peoples. 

Join the Office of Diversity & Cultural Affairs on Monday, October 10, 2022, from 1 pm -2:30 pm. As we observe the meaning and purpose of the day with a special guest: CURTIS ZUNIGHA who will present on the Spirit of Place - Healing & Restoration of Indigenous Peoples and their Homeland.
