The February Religion and Public Health Series brings together voices from different religions to share experiences related to topics of common importance. Each session will be based on the stories and experiences of faith leaders and scholars who have personal narratives that connect to these topics. The series offers a unique opportunity to hear about issues of food, menstruation, meditation from a variety of religious perspectives. Please join us as we learn together about religion and public health through the sharing of narrative and dialogue. Join us for the last installment of the "Religion and Public Health Series" brought together by the Office of the University Chaplain and the Mailman School of Public Health. On Tuesday, February 26th, Doyeon Park, Buddhist Religious Life Adviser at Columbia University and Won Buddhist Minister, and Pilar Jennings, Visiting Lecturer at Union Theological Seminar and Psychoanalyst, will discuss Buddhist ideas about meditation. Light lunch will be served. Please register at https://goo.gl/forms/pIoIymFN3DBjAE4q1.
