1. Associate Vice President, Human Resources Systems, Planning and Operations

This person is an influential member of the HR senior leadership team. Under his/her leadership, the team provides operational stability, transactional services, project planning and strategic systems management within central HR and in partnership with the university's central IT function.

2. Executive Director, Benefits 

​The Executive Director for Benefits is responsible for the management and compliant administration of the University's benefits programs, including Health and Welfare, Retirement, Disability, and Tuition benefits. The Executive Director function as the primary administrative manager of the University's Health and Welfare benefits program and supervises managers responsible for Retirement, Disability, and Tuition benefits programs.

3. Prospect Research Analyst

The Research Analyst is primarily responsible for writing detailed prospect reports and event biographies to be used by those soliciting major gifts on behalf of Columbia Law School. This position also monitors publications and on-line news sources to keep abreast of Columbia Law School alumni, notable events, and the identification of new prospects.

4. AVP, Enterprise Applications Platform

This person oversees application development and support services for Columbia University Information Technology. With an emphasis on operational excellence, the AVP, Enterprise Applications will provide the leadership, project management and change management necessary to ensure that the organization has the proper processes, systems and technologies to optimize the CUIT enterprise applications platforms.
