Documenting the Pandemic

New York City has been at the center of the coronavirus pandemic in the United States, and everyone in the Columbia University community has been affected by it, from our students to frontline healthcare workers to our neighbors. Through videos, oral histories, personal narratives, surveys and online platforms, Columbia has begun to record the stories and experiences of members of the Columbia community and beyond. Find out more about the projects here.

“We have a responsibility to not just record people’s experiences during this time, but to learn from them.”
